How to make Mango Sorbet in the blender
We are using the Vitamix E310 Explorian Blender.
- Add water and sugar together in the blender. Turn on high speed for 10 seconds until the sugar is completely dissolved in the water with no sugar crystals.
- Add frozen cubed mango and lime juice to the blender. (optional: add vodka).
- Blend on high until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container, and add a lid on top. Place in the freezer for about 6 hours until firm.
How to make Mango Sorbet with Ice Cream maker
We are using the Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker.
- Add water and sugar together in the blender. Turn on high speed for 10 seconds until the sugar is completely dissolved in the water with no sugar crystals.
- Add fresh or frozen mango and lime juice to the blender. Blend until completely smooth
- Turn on the ice cream machine and slowly pour in the liquid at the top opening.
- Add vodka (optional)
- Follow the ice cream maker instructions within 10-20 minutes, you'll get frozen churned mango sorbet!

- In the blender add the water and sugar together. Blend on high for 10 seconds until the sugar is completely blended into the water with no texture of sugar in the water.
- Add the mango and lime into the water. Optional: Add vodka. Start off with medium speed and gradually turn it to the highest. Blend until icy smooth.
- Scoop the mango sorbet into an freezer safe container with a lid (or wrap the top with plastic) and freeze until firm. Around 6 hours.

- In the blender add the water and sugar together. Blend on high for 10 seconds until the sugar is completely blended into the water with no texture of sugar in the water.
- Add the mango and lime into the water. Start off with medium speed and gradually turn it to the highest. Blend until icy smooth.
- Turn on your ice cream machine, and while it is running start to put into the mango puree.
