A cute recipe for food styling to bring to kids' Halloween parties. It is an easy and no-brainer kind of side dish you can whip up in a matter of minutes.

You don't need to think hard about this one!

Halloween is a big week when kids are hammering you with what they want to be for Halloween, and attending all the parties they are invited to. Don't suffer and overthink the food you need to bring to house parties. Make this easy peasy guacamole for Halloween today!

The best part is that you can make this however size you want it to be. The size is adjustable, all you need to do is make the designer bigger to adjust to the dish you're bringing.

How to Make the guacamole

It only requires a few easy ingredients you can find them in any grocery store. Avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro and lime.

First, the avocado needs to be pitted and flesh mashed with a fork. Juice the lime into the avocado and mix well. Lime helps the avocado from going brown and gives it a nice citrus flavor. Chop the tomato, red onion and cilantro into small pieces. Salt to your liking. It is that simple and so very delicious!

Traditionally here in Mexico, we use mortar and pestle to make mash the avocados. If you don't have one, a regular large bowl with a fork will do as well.

How to cut the Frankie Design

Use sushi seaweed paper (nori) for the hair and eyes. Measure the length of the container where you're planning to cut his hair. Once you know the size, use a cutting board and knife/scissors to cut out the design fringe hair.

Be creative and make some creative hair for him. Play with the distance of the eyes and create your own version of Frankie!

I use the sunflower seed as his nose but it can be anything! Be creative and design your own Frankie!
