Coconut and Mango Smoothie Bowl

Equipment

  • high speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh and large coconut water split in half
  • 1 ripe manila mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapples cubed
  • ½ cup coconut cream

Garnish

  • 3 fresh strawberries cubed
  • 3 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp dried shredded coconut non sweet

Instructions

  • Split the coconut in half and clean the inside. If a coconut shell is not obtainable, a regular medium size bowl will do.
  • In a high speed blender, add the mango pineapple and coconut cream. Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Use a spoon and scoop out the thick smoothie on to the bowl and garnish the top bowl with cubed strawberries, semi sweet chocolate and finally shredded dry coconut. Serve immediately.
