- 1 kg tomatillos husked and rinsed
- 2 cilantro bunches
- 1 garlic clove
- 2-3 jalapeƱos seeded (leave the seeds if you want it spicer)
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- salt
In a blender or food processor, combine the tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, jalapeƱo pepper, vinegar, and salt.
Pulse until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
