Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomatillos husked and rinsed
  • 2 cilantro bunches
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2-3 jalapeƱos seeded (leave the seeds if you want it spicer)
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • salt

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the tomatillos, cilantro, garlic, jalapeƱo pepper, vinegar, and salt.
  • Pulse until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
    Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
